HOW IT WORKS
Healing doesn’t have to feel so hard.
You don't need to be in crisis to come. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to take one small step, and we'll walk with you from there.
Book a Session: Choose a time that fits your life.
Meet Your Counselor: Share your story in a safe, judgment-free space.
Begin Making Changes: Heal the past, reconnect, and feel whole again.
“Courage is not the absence of Fear but rather the Assessment that something else is More Important than Fear.”
Franklin D. Roosevelt

We go at your pace. We won't push you into painful places before you're ready. The goal is to help you feel supported and steady, not overwhelmed.
-
Yes. What you share stays between you and your counselor. The only exceptions are rare cases where the law requires us to act to keep you or someone else safe.
-
It depends on which counselors have open times that week. Most people get an appointment fairly fast, especially if you're willing to see any of our counselors instead of waiting for one person.
